OUR LOCATION
Our San Bruno location is celebrating its 16th anniversary!  Though we're located in San Bruno the dojo serves clients from Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough.  When the dojo began, originally it offered only 8 karate classes a week.  Our school served a small number of people in the San Bruno community.  As word travelled about our students success, the dojo grew and developed.  Along with dojo growth, so did the mission of Dojo USA World Training Center as well.  As our mission grew, we began to offer more programs and classes designed on developing the whole person.  Physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally our clients and students felt their lives take a turn for the better.

OUR SCHEDULE
Today we offer over 37 classes a week. You will still receive superior Karate training, but now you can also take advantage of our Tae Bo, Jiu Jitsu, cardio kickboxing, bodyshaping classes, self defense or child safety courses.  

WHAT WE OFFER 
Offering programs such as our 10-week Ultimate Bodyshaping Course for overall body transformation, our facility is one of only 2 in Northern California to offer Tae Bo classes. ALL of our Tae Bo classes are taught by instructors that are personally certified by Tae Bo creator, Billy Blanks.  Our instructors have appeared on the TaeBo dvd's as well.  Regardless or your choice, all our programs and school atmosphere will have you increasing your potential.  In the dojo and out, training with our school will make you fit, stronger, and give you a BLACK BELT edge in life!!!
